I have to say when I first stated to think about a web store I was a little put back by it. Friends of my would tell me horror stories about the price. So I decided to look into it for my self. I get a few quotes from web design companies and my friends were right the quotes came back at 14,000.00. Not only was it so high but they had a monthly fee for 180.00. The found a flyer in a store in Santa Monica for a company called Digital Marauders. Now this is where it got easy. They gave me a flate rate price of 2400.00 and no monthly fee. This included my url and my web hosting. I told Digital Marauders right of the bat that I am not web savy at all. I didn't even own a computer. The guys from Digital Marauders Walked me through my ecommerce experience step by step. Now I have a web store, and I started this blog.
